Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

Translator Max provides artificial intelligence translation tools, language conversion utilities, and a platform for users to create and share custom AI translators. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the mandatory rules and boundaries governing all content submitted to, processed by, or generated through our services.

By accessing Translator Max, using our translation endpoints, or creating custom translators, you agree to strictly comply with this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use Translator Max to submit, translate, generate, publish, share, or promote any of the following categories of content:

Illegal Acts & Violence

Content promoting, facilitating, or encouraging illegal activities, terrorism, weapons manufacturing, violence, human trafficking, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Hate Speech & Harassment

Targeted harassment, threats, defamation, bullying, or slurs inciting hostility against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.

Sexually Explicit Content

Pornographic material, sexually explicit depictions, non-consensual sexual content, or content designed for sexual exploitation.

Cyberattacks & Malware

Creating or obfuscating malicious code, exploits, phishing pages, ransomware, spyware, or attempting unauthorized system intrusion.

Fraud & Impersonation

Impersonating individuals, institutions, or official brands without authorization, facilitating scam operations, or generating deceptive financial documents.

Privacy & PII Violations

Publishing or processing non-public personally identifiable information (PII), national IDs, passwords, or confidential trade secrets without explicit consent.

3. Rules for Creating Custom Translators

Users utilizing our custom translator creator feature (available at /create) must adhere to specific creator obligations:

No Jailbreaking / Filter Evasion: You must not configure custom instructions, prompts, or style rules intended to bypass safety filters or instruct the AI to generate prohibited content.
Appropriate Naming & Slugs: Translator titles, descriptions, and URL slugs must not contain offensive language, trademark-infringing names, or deceptive claims.
Creator Responsibility: You are accountable for public translators published under your account. Translator Max reserves the right to immediately unpublish or delete any tool that violates this policy.

4. Monitoring, Enforcement & Termination

We employ automated safety filtering, rate limiting, and human moderation to ensure platform integrity. If a violation is identified, we may take immediate action, including:

Immediate blocking or refusal to process the non-compliant translation request.
Immediate removal, unpublishing, or deletion of the offending custom translator tool.
Temporary or permanent suspension of user accounts, API access, and Pro subscriptions without refund.
Reporting serious criminal offenses (such as child exploitation or credible terror threats) to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. How to Report a Violation

If you encounter any translator, comment, or translation output on Translator Max that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately to our trust and safety team:

Please include the URL of the translator, the date/time of observation, and a brief description of the violation. We review all reports within 24–48 hours.
